Three adjoining but separate building plots in the Pais district of Hvar Town. One is 358 sq.m., the second 540 sq.m., and the third 500 sq.m. All three plots have been granted confirmed building permission, for which all the costs have been paid. Therefore building can start immediately. On the first plot the foundations have already been dug, and the building has been marked out. For the other two plots there are plans showing the building layout. Electricity, water, telephone lines, sewage and asphalt have all been brought to the plots. There is a special price for all three plots of only 100 euros per sq.m., plus a further 150 euros / sq.m. to include the cost of the architect's drawings plus the various necessary permissions and agreements, making a total of 250 euros per square metre. The price for each plot if sold separately is 300 euros per square metre.
